Saw Doctors cut into Picture House
WHEN The Saw Doctors played the Calton Studios in 1991, they were one of Ireland’s best kept secrets - popular in their homeland but unknown elsewhere.
As they prepare to celebrate 25 years together, things are very different for the band.
Indeed, with seven albums, 18 hit singles, and a worldwide following, they are now one of the most successful acts to come out of the Emerald Isle.
The Saw Doctors, The HMV Picture House, Lothian Road, tomorrow, 7pm, £22.50, 0844-847 1740
