Hibs star John McGinn in frame for Scotland call-up
Gordon Strachan’s side have friendlies against the Czech Republic and Denmark at the end of March and, Scotland coach Stuart McCall revealed, the 21-year-old is “on the radar”.
McGinn, currently captain of Scotland’s Under-21 side, has been impressive form as Alan Stubbs’ players battle on three fronts, already in the League Cup final, chasing down Rangers for the Championship title and hoping to extend their Scottish Cup run with a win over Capital rivals Hearts in tomorrow night’s fifth-round replay.

Hide AdMcCall told Sportscene: “Obviously we have a couple of double-headers coming up at the end of March and we will watch his form between now and then.
“But he is certainly one we have got our eye on and he is playing well. He has been discussed. He is on the radar.”
