Commercial property agency IME Property has both Glasgow and Fife in its sights as it pushes beyond its Edinburgh heartland.

The firm’s first foray into the Glasgow office market will be on Clydesdale Business Park to the west of the city where it has been appointed as joint agent at Erskine House – a 20,000sq ft former Forestry Commission building.

It is also set to market Rannoch House in Dunfermline, a 6,000sq ft Victorian villa, which has recently received planning consent for a change of use to a children’s nursery.
