Teen’s invention charges phone in less than minute
Eesha Khare was named as one of the three winners of the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, being handed a $50,000 prize, which she says will go towards her education at Harvard.
The technology is also said to be applicable to electric cars, and a number of large companies have shown interest in the teenager’s device, though she says she will focus on her education first.

Hide AdGoogle is among the firms circling the device, which is apparently so flexible that it can be added to fabric or bendable surfaces.
It is also said to be able to hold 10,000 charge-recharge cycles, going way above the regular battery life of 1000 cycles.
The Californian teenager is hoping to further her research into the supercapacitor during her college studies.
