Souness slams junk food sales
Former Scotland captain Graeme Souness has slammed shops that sell junk food to children comparing them to “drug dealers.”
The ex-Rangers player manager, who hails from the Capital, has spoken of his horror at seeing children queueing to buy food high in fat, sugar and salt food from a pizza parlour, baker’s and chip shop during their lunch break.
He said: “You wouldn’t let drug dealers set up shop outside our schools.”
