Schoolboys face assault charges

Two 12-year-old boys were charged yesterday in connection with an alleged assault on an 11-year-old boy in Edinburgh.

The incident took place in the city's Craighall Road next to Trinity Academy in Edinburgh on 1 October.

A report will be sent to the Children's Reporter, a Lothian and Borders Police spokesman said yesterday.
