Scots makeup artist transforms into Tiger King characters in hilarious videos
A Scottish makeup artist has delighted online followers by transforming herself into caricatures of the cast of the hit Netflix documentary, Tiger King.
Jenny Gray, from Aberdeenshire, took the opportunity to show her creative side after work came to a halt during the lockdown.

“Doing makeup is really therapeutic, it’s something I love doing, and I need that outlet to escape some of the day to say stuff.”
While on lockdown with her husband and her 3-year old daughter, Jenny had the idea for the project.
“Living with a husband at home is great, and we’re getting to spend more time together.
“Most of my friends were watching Tiger King, but I wasn’t going to because I thought it would be about killing animals,” she says, “until a friend was like ‘Jenny you have to watch this series.’”
Since then, she has spent her time honing her looks - transforming into arch enemies Carole Baskin and Joe Exotic for friends on social media.
“It’s really difficult to do it,” Jenny explains, “I have to keep reminding myself that I’m contouring a nose that’s not really a nose!
“It’s one of the hardest that I’ve tried to achieve, but it’s fun to do it.”
And Jenny is not the only one enjoying her work.

She says she’s glad to be able to cheer people up on social media.
“You can only make a bad situation better, after all. That’s what it’s all about really.”
