Letter: Expert advice
I trust that I speak for a great many readers of a certain vintage when I say "Rejoice" at the glad tidings of a fall in prices at the end of next year (your report, 17 August), unless the "experts" to whom you allude are having a laugh.
If they are serious, then I am sure that those of us who do not starve or freeze to death this year will have something to look forward to.
And why do I have this gnawing feeling that these same "experts" are out of touch with reality?
