Makeover for school garden
OAKLANDS School has been given a garden makeover thanks to a local cleaning company.
Volunteers from Mitie planted an area of the garden comprising of ornamental grasses, mixed heather, bark mulch and herbs.
Headteacher Maureen Mathieson said: “Through the grandfather of one of our pupils, Mitie has given fabulous support to the school.
“The rock garden can now be enjoyed by our pupils, staff and families.”
