Lothian runners gear up to take on the Law

Runners will take part in the North Berwick Law Race tomorrow as part of the town's Gala Week.

Around 200 participants, who range from international hill runners to local children, will gather at the harbour and follow a three-mile circular route, which includes a 200ft climb to the top of North Berwick Law.

The winner will receive the Law Trophy, with the Milk Board Trophy for the first woman home. There are also prizes for the first local, first male and female veterans and first girl and boy under 15.
