HOT DINNERS
If you want to try dishes like aboiboi, pork ribs in sticky plantain sauce, or black pudding and yam Scotch egg, then order the hardback of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen by Zoe Adjonyoh. It’s just been re-released with a new cover, and features traditional West African dishes that have been “remixed” for the modern kitchen.
