Log on, cash in for adult computer learners

EVERY adult in Scotland is to be offered up to £100 a year to improve their computer skills.

The initiative, to be announced today, is an extension to the Executive's Individual Learning Account Scotland scheme, which offers low-income learners up to 200 a year to pay for courses to help them get back into work.
