Dunsmore to quit as C&C chief executive
At the end of December, he will hand over to C&C’s chief operating officer and finance director, Stephen Glancey, another former S&N executive who has helped him reposition the company.
Dunsmore, who joined the Irish group in November 2008 after brewing giant S&N succumbed to a joint takeover bid from Carlsberg and Heineken, will stay on the board until next February as part of the hand-over. He retains a 2 per cent stake in C&C, currently valued at about €14 million (£12m).
