The deal, for an undisclosed sum, will add more than £500,000 in turnover to Talon, which is owned by IT acquisition and development group Kick ICT.
Roxxap managing director Mark Higgins will join Talon along with his team, and a spokesman said the enlarged group plans to take on about 15 extra staff next year, taking its workforce to 40.

Hide AdTurnover at Talon is also predicted to exceed £2 million by the end of next year, said chief executive Tom O’Hara.
He added: “The acquisition of Roxxap is an exciting development for the group, and we are delighted to welcome Mark and his colleagues to Talon.
“The business is performing strongly and 50 per cent of our income is now recurring, which is key as it allows us to plan for the long term. We remain in the market for acquisitions or mergers, and are particularly interested in entrepreneurial firms that are at the leading edge of a specialist niche, or talented individuals that want to join a fast-growing Scottish IT business.”
O’Hara said that Talon, based at Finnieston Business Park in Glasgow, is now in “encouraging” talks with “a couple of interesting acquisition prospects”.
