Famous Grouse toasts Murray’s appointment
Murray, who is currently chairman of energy services giant Petrofac, also sits on the board of Belhaven Brewery-owner Greene King and, until recently, Robert Wiseman Dairies.
His career has also included spells with Charterhouse, Deutsche Bank, KPMG, Morgan Grenfell and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Murray will join the board on 1 April and will sit alongside fellow non-executive directors Ronnie Bell, who is chairman of Premier Foods, and Callum Barton, former president and chief executive of Richemont North America.
The board is chaired by Sir Ian Good.
